Responsibilities & Context:
Edit raw footage into polished YouTube videos (cutting, transitions, color correction, audio cleaning, sound design)
• Add motion graphics, lower thirds, text overlays, animations, and B-roll as needed
• Create short-form content (YouTube Shorts) from long-form footage
• Ensure consistent branding, style, and quality across all videos
Conduct keyword research for video topics, titles, and descriptions
• Write SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags for each video
• Create or guide thumbnail design for high CTR (click-through rate)
• Structure videos and metadata to improve watch time, retention, and engagement
• Use YouTube analytics to understand performance and improve future videos
• Optimize video structure (hooks, pacing, CTAs) for algorithm and audience retention
