Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic for the platform. This includes conducting keyword research, backlink strategies, and technical SEO optimisations.
∎ Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists. Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure project deadlines and business objectives are met.
∎ Utilise tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs to monitor and report on SEO performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continually improve strategy effectiveness.
∎ Collaborate with content teams to guide the creation of SEO-friendly content, ensuring it aligns with keyword strategies and business objectives. This includes oversight of video, motion graphics, animation, and graphic design.
∎ Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies as necessary to maintain and improve search engine rankings.
∎ Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads and Facebook advertising, to drive overall business growth.
∎ Implement and test various CRO techniques to improve website conversion rates, enhancing user experience and maximising ROI.
∎ Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline marketing tasks. Utilise analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for optimisation.

∎ Office Timing: Mon-Wed (9 PM - 6 AM)Sat-Sun (11 AM - 8 PM)Days Off: Thursday & Friday
