Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and experienced VISA Counselor to join our team at a leading visa consultancy firm.
∎
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Provide clients with detailed information on visa options (university admission/immigration), universities, course curriculums, immigration procedures, and accommodation for various destinations.
∎ Assist clients with legal requirements for immigration, residency, and work permits.
∎ Manage visa and immigration applications, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all necessary documents.
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on their application status.
∎ Liaise with embassies, immigration authorities, and government agencies on behalf of clients/company.
∎ Resolve any issues related to visa or residency applications.
∎ Assist clients with visa rejections, preparing necessary documents for appeals.
∎ Maintain accurate records of clients’ documents, applications, and status.
∎ Participate in training sessions and workshops on immigration practices and legal compliance.
∎ Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries.
∎ Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the immigration process.
∎ Work collaboratively with the team to meet collective goals and ensure top-notch client service.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a education and immigration consultancy sector.
∎ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.
∎ Ability to manage workflows and shift priorities effectively.
∎ Broad-minded, well-mannered, and professional.
∎ Proficiency in outcome-driven counseling, including strong assessment, intervention, and referral skills.
∎ A minimum of 10 years of experience in Visa Consultancy
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in using various media for communication (phone, social media, etc.)
∎ Must need to know basic MS Office work.
∎ Demonstrated ability to meet file targets and deadlines.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Must need to obtain convincing skills for sales contribution.
