∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finishing and AOP, Octopus Printing Machine, Placement Printing, Screen Printing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively participate in Research & Development, that meets the vision and objective of the marketing and design team.
∎ Promote innovation, research on new printing techniques.
∎ Prepare and maintain seasonal / inspirational binders, libraries and archives.
∎ Develop and maintain the data pack for each development and production, including recipe, printing technical sheet, wash test and print durability test reports.
∎ Communicate effectively and consistently with the printing factories to ensure Quality consistency.
∎ Solve technical issues that may crop up during development and production.
∎ Attend the Production launching (pilot run / first bundles) at the printing facility, give OK production and ensure Quality ‘Right First Time’.
∎ Keep updated record of machinery, production capacities and capabilities of the printing factories
∎ Manage open costings of prints with ink costs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a Printing factory
∎ Hands on experience in color kitchen, screen development and printing
∎ Conversant with Standard Operation Procedures for Screen Printing
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
