Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducts structured and systematic Audits on Quality Management Systems and Product Safety.
∎ Conducts coaching and training at the production sites.
∎ Communicates and follow up with the production sites on the Corrective Action Plans.
∎ Ensures the closures of the non-compliances
∎ Provides internal training to other colleagues for better understanding and implementation of the company TIL standards.
∎ Prepares weekly / monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports for the department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and fluent verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ Experience in auditing for ISO, QMS, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, GOTS/ OCS /RCS, OEKOTEX etc.,.
∎ Experience in Quality Control Inspection
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Energetic, willing to take up challenges, with a positive mind-set
