Job Purpose
The Senior Specialist, Knowledge Management will lead the design and implementation of systems for documentation, learning, and knowledge sharing within the BRAC Health Programme. The role focuses on producing high-quality knowledge products (reports, newsletters, case studies, briefs) to strengthen programme performance, donor engagement, and organizational visibility. The incumbent will also promote a culture of continuous learning by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring evidence and lessons learned are effectively disseminated and applied.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, capture, and organize critical knowledge assets, including documents, best practices, lessons learned, and intellectual capital of BRAC Health Programme and undertake regular field visits for this purpose
Establish and maintain a knowledge management system for easy retrieval, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and up to date.
Ensure systematic documentation and dissemination of evidence, lessons learned, and innovations across projects.
Produce high-quality knowledge products such as annual reports, newsletters, change management documents, case studies, learning briefs, and donor communication materials.
Maintain and regularly update the BHP website with written, audio-visual content, and an organised repository of technical resources.
Liaise with BRAC MEAL department as well as central communications department to ensure compliance with BRAC learning documentation and communications guidelines.
Contribute to proposal development and donor reporting by ensuring effective documentation and knowledge management.
Collaborate with the communications team to highlight BHP’s achievements and strengthen its visibility as a thought leader in health.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
