  • Professional vendor or training certification (Meta, Advance Backlinking, Google) is preferred.

  • Candidates must have exceptional business communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.5 or above) and a customer-oriented attitude.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B, B2C or online marketplace environment.

  • Proven track record of successful SEO strategy development and execution.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and digital advertising platforms.

  • Expertise in analytical strategy and planning.

  • Proficiency in backlinking.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic SEO Team Lead/Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and implement our SEO strategy to increase our online presence and improve our project ranking.

  • Manage and mentor a team of SEO experts. Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and oversee day-to-day operations to meet project deadlines and business objectives.

  • Create a monthly budget proposal for multiple projects and review all social media pages.

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies to increase the platform`s organic search visibility and traffic.

  • Utilise content management tools like Hootsuite, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs to monitor and report on social media performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve strategy effectiveness continually.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to target relevant search terms and optimise content.

  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies to maintain and improve search engine rankings.

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated digital marketing strategies to drive overall business growth, including Google Ads and Facebook advertising.

  • Implement and test various CRO techniques to improve website conversion rates, enhancing user experience and maximising ROI.
