∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify prospects
∎ Visit potential clients to understand their requirements, promote services and deliver presentations
∎ Contribute to defining sales forecasts and targets
∎ Meet (or exceed) sales targets and motivate junior team members to meet their sales targets
∎ Mentor, train and manage junior team members
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance (prior to, during and after project completion)
∎ Help determine price quotations proposed to clients
∎ Recommend profit and service improvements
∎ Prepare reports and analyze performance data
∎ Maintain quality services by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Familiarity with CRM
∎ Excellent written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients
∎ Competency in MS Office applications and excellent spreadsheet skills (excel, google sheets)
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Email communication skills
∎ Good coaching skills; ability to observe, evaluate and give meaningful feedback
∎ 3 - 4 years of experience in Sales
∎ Past experience in a management role will be favourable
∎ Past experience in the real-estate/interior design/furniture industry will be favourable
