Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales planning and meet sales target.
∎ Continue follow-up with customers to mature any deal.
∎ Search & expand new market and develop new customer base to increase sales volume.
∎ Top class execution of marketing tools.
∎ Regular interaction with existing customer to ensure close relationship.
∎ Identify market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitor's strategy and customer trends for future growth of this business.
∎ Develop Sales-Plan of Concrete block for meeting demands of the customer.
∎ Contribute to make long and short term business plan of building products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Dhaka and Maymensing district will get more preference for general manager post.
∎ Dhaka,Maymensing and chattagram district will get more preference for senior Sales Officer.
∎ Thakurgaon, Dinajpur,Panchagarh,Rangpur district will get more preference for sales officer post.
∎ Applicants previously having working experience in the relevant (Lubricants ) field.
∎ Need to be smart, proactive, dynamic energetic, confident and target oriented
∎ Should have sound knowledge in product knowledge.
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
