Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is target oriented Job, so he needs to have ability to achieve month wise sales target.
∎ Work with energetic marketing team and follow the instruction of head of Marketing and Sales.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Manage and develop dealers in respective areas and take full responsibility for payments recovery.
∎ Motivate and inspire sales team to get the work done.
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Provide technical or any other support to the farmer's and dealers regarding sales.
∎ Promote Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed and achieve sales targets every time as estimated.
∎ Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Able to handle clients and satisfy them with set service polices of the organization.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with Farmers and Dealers.
∎ Frequent and objective reporting towards head of the department.
∎ Analyze the present market and create a new market for Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed sales.
∎ Visit different areas of Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed markets frequently to promote and generate sales.
∎ Ability to sales in cash policy.
∎ Regular follow-up of sales order and payment.
∎ Have a good idea for poultry treatment.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales and distribution.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
