Communication, Customer Support through Phone, Presentation skill, Sales & Marketing, Sales Quotation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly visiting potential customers, construction sites, offices, interior design companies, and architects' offices to build relationships and identify new marketing opportunities.
∎ Maintaining strong relationships with important clients through regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
∎ Develop and document prospecting, lead management, and pipeline management processes to meet or exceed revenue targets.
∎ Identifying and pursuing new markets and business opportunities through arranging meetings with potential customers.
∎ Attending trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations to represent the employing organization.
∎ Keeping senior leadership updated on the progress of marketing activities and reporting campaigns result.
∎ Managing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns, as well as collaborating with website development.
∎ Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase.
∎ Conducting research and developing marketing plans to understand consumer needs, identify market trends, suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Scheduling meetings with potential clients, listening to their needs and concerns, and delivering effective presentations on products and services
∎ Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
∎ Creating daily, weekly and monthly visit report and submit to senior management as requested.
