Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively seek out and identify potential customers and generate leads.
∎ Conduct sales presentations and property tours to showcase our projects.
∎ Provide detailed information about the properties, including features, pricing, and payment options.
∎ Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
∎ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Additional Requirements:
