Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead Generation: Actively identify and generate new sales opportunities through various
- channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients, introduce them to our products/services, and
- build initial relationships through effective communication.
- Sales Presentations: Assist in delivering compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the
- features and benefits of our real estate projects.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving
- issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with senior sales executives to support them in achieving sales targets.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- to contribute valuable insights to the sales strategy.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks related to the sales process, including
- document preparation, data entry, and follow-up communications.
