Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Electrical
∎ Education: B.Sc./Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any reputed Engineering University with good academic background.
∎ Experience: For B.Sc. 3 (Three) years/For Diploma 5 (Five) years; Progressive experience in HVAC & Cleanroom equipment sales. The Candidate should have good rapport with Potential Clients of Pharmaceutical/Food industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Food Industry, Sales and Marketing in FMCG or Pharmaceutical are encouraged to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
HVAC System
Job Context:
∎ Work as Team member of HVAC-R & Cleanroom Business Unit for Pharmaceutical & Food Industry.
∎ Planning & executing the HVAC & Cleanroom Project/Equipment Sales.
∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully working with Head of business of the unit.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase market penetration in Food & Pharmaceuticals Industry by securing new customers.
∎ In-depth Understanding of Pharmaceutical HVAC system-Pharma Cleanroom Classification, HVAC Zoning,
∎ Serve customers by identifying & fully understanding their needs and support in-house technical team to ensure proper engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
∎ Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services
∎ Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
∎ Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
∎ Prepare reports for Head of Business Unit and keep customer records
∎ Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
∎ Support & suggest marketing department for the relevant activities
∎ Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
∎ Be self-motivated, extraverted, tactful, organized, results and goal-oriented professional.
∎ Knowledge & Experience of HVAC-R, Pharmaceutical/Food Industry Clean Room & Machinery, Chiller, AHU, VRF etc.
∎ Be driven by a desire to satisfy customers and provide a high level of customer relations skills.
∎ Have a desire to continually learn new methods; adopt, accept and apply new technology from internal or external resources and continually strive to identify more efficient ways to perform existing processes.
Salary: Tk. 39000 - 40000 (Monthly)
