Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management, classification, sorting, filing and storage of the company`s sales contracts and other marketing documents.
- Responsible for the production and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statistical statements and reports of various sales indicators, and respond to leadership inquiries about sales dynamics at any time.
- Responsible for collecting, organizing and summarizing market conditions, prices, new products, substitutes, customer sources and other information, and presenting analysis reports to provide reference for department business personnel and leadership decision-making.
