Education:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical, Diploma in Electrical
∎ Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Experience Requirement: 2-3 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably in the boiler or silo industry.
∎ Language Skills: Proficient in English communication; Chinese language skills are a plus.
∎ Skills: Strong market development skills, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
∎ Others: Responsible, adaptable to multicultural work environments, and willing to travel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the sales and promotion of company products (boilers in the Bangladesh market.
∎ Develop new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
∎ Develop sales plans, analyze market trends, and propose sales strategies.
∎ Participate in business negotiations, provide technical support, and assist in contract execution.
∎ Submit sales reports regularly and update management on business progress.
