Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree preferably in Statistics/Public Health or related field relevant to the position.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute in Research Design for large scale household survey, Baseline and Impact Evaluation Survey;
∎ Assist to manage both quantitative and qualitative research projects;
∎ Develop questionnaire and operational guideline for quantitative survey
∎ Design database using MS Access, SPSS software and manage quantitative data.
∎ Data analysis using SPSS or Strata and perform different statistical test;
∎ Contribute to review literature, develop concept paper and write research report
∎ Assist in developing guidelines and ensure pretesting of BCC materials including report preparation under different project;
∎ Assist in preparing the presentations on research findings, organize dissemination workshops to present the finding;
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders;
∎ Provide ongoing M & E support as needed (e.g. developing indicators)
∎ Undertake any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on online data collection and data analysis using SPSS/Strata.
∎ 5 years working experience in designing and developing survey research and M & E at reputed national and International organization preferred.
∎ Excellent fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory for this position.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities, establish goals and develop plans to meet those goals.
∎ Ability to work independently and to collaborate across the organization.
∎ Should possess good presentation skill.
∎ Good computer literacy is essential.
∎ The applicant is expected to be an effective team player.

Salary:
∎ Salary is negotiable depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate.
