Role Overview
As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the site execution team, manage project timelines, ensure quality standards, and coordinate closely with the design team to bring concepts to life. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on site management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the execution team on multiple projects.
- Ensure work is completed to the highest quality within the planned timeline.
- Coordinate between the design team and site execution team to ensure design intent is achieved.
- Oversee procurement, material quality checks, and vendor coordination.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve conflicts promptly.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, compliance, and company standards
