• Proven Experience in Project Engineering as a senior project Engineer and also must have enough experience in building construction, understand the buildings rules & Regulations.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.

• Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and resources.

• Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving technical and logistical issues that arise during construction.

• Communication: Effectively communicating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate site personnel.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the project, from planning to execution.

• Safety Awareness: Understanding and implementing safety regulations and procedures.

• Developing and implementing project plans, setting schedules, and managing resources.

• Providing technical advice, solving problems, and ensuring that the construction adheres to design specifications.

• Ensuring that all work meets required quality standards, through inspections and testing

• Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety checks, and promoting a safe working environment.

• Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow

• Maintaining detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and other necessary documentation.

• Monitoring project costs, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring adherence to budget

• Analyze architectural and structural drawings to extract accurate data.

• Prepare precise quantity take-offs for construction materials such as concrete, steel, bricks, cement, sand, etc.

• Assist in preparing BOQs, rate analyses, and cost estimates.

• Research and analyze current market prices for materials, equipment, and labor.

• Develop cost breakdowns and maintain project estimation reports.

• Coordinate with senior estimators and project engineers to finalize project budgets.

• Ensure all estimation work is accurate, consistent, and compliant with company standards.
