∎ You will be a part of the Global Resource Mobilisation and Partnerships Department, a dedicated and vibrant team working with individuals, corporations, foundations, government, and other institutional donors. As a key member of the team, you will have exciting and challenging opportunities to identify, develop and manage new partnerships and mobilise resources by developing concept notes and project proposals for supporting BRAC`s organisational strategy. Guided by BRAC`s senior management, you will represent BRAC at external meetings and facilitate negotiations with key development partners and roll out strategies.
∎ This role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for further career progression in BRAC. You will have the opportunity to work with globally renowned humanitarian and development experts for fine-tuning your competencies in the domain of resource mobilisation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new partnership and business opportunities and initiate outreach and engagement to form new relationships.
∎ Build, nurture, and facilitate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Lead the concept note and proposal development process of high-value and/or multi-sectoral opportunities, in consultation with relevant internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Facilitate and/or organise design workshops for developing concept notes and proposals.
∎ Facilitate post-submission debrief sessions with key internal stakeholders for high-value and strategically important proposals as part of learning.
∎ Ensure that the fundraising pipeline data is correct and current and provide a quarterly health-check analysis.
∎ Oversee and manage fundraising staff (with dotted line reporting) in select programmes and support their professional development as needed, in consultation with senior management.
∎ Represent BRAC at external meetings and facilitate meetings/engagement with key donors, as guided by senior management.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 06 years of experience in the development/ international development, humanitarian or philanthropy sectors.
∎ Highly organised with the ability to meet hard deadlines while being detail oriented.
∎ Strong relationship building and relationship management skills.
∎ Strong communication skills, including strong analytical, writing and presentation skills.
∎ Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to operate with limited supervision.
∎ Adaptive, proactive, and collaborative.
∎ Curious mindset and the ability to think critically.
∎ Adequate understanding of some of the key donors based in Bangladesh, e.g., USAID, EU, JICA, NORAD, SIDA, SDC, UN agencies etc.
∎ Exposure or interest in philanthropy and private sources of capital.
∎ Is comfortable in grassroots and brass-tops environments and everything in between.
