Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree from any discipline (preferably post-graduation in Education)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to ensure smooth operations and implementation of all Education projects especially Secondary Education in field level
∎ Coordinate video lessons production, distribution to schools and teacher communication of secondary education in Head Office.
∎ Ensure Call Centre communication through Dhaka based studio teacher with students from Head Office
∎ Prepare training content for Facilitators Training of Secondary Education
∎ Assist in development of concept paper, technical and financial proposals on new areas of intervention
∎ Managing strong coordination among project activities and project staff for smooth operations
∎ Provide technical assistance to the project staffs
∎ Plan and organize field monitoring of the projects, periodic and need based field trip
∎ Ensure documentation of the project,
∎ Assist Team Leader on arranging press conference, Workshop, Seminar, Symposium and other events when required.
∎ Assist in ensuring monthly, quarterly and yearly reports from all projects are in place.
∎ Any work set within the reason and means by the authority of the Organization.

∎ Good facilitation and teaching skills
∎ Excellent English language skills
∎ Excellent analytical skills and initiative to resolve issues
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Willingness to visit field at remote and hardship area
∎ Co-operative attitude and ability to work as part of a team
∎ Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Working knowledge on MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and internet
∎ Respect to local customs, culture and etiquettes
