Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably B.Ed. from any reputed university;
∎ Training in Education/ TOT/ teaching skill/ Education project management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in planning and budgeting;
∎ Implement and monitor project plan;
∎ supervision and management of staff;
∎ Coordination with Government and other stakeholders
∎ Provide adequate direction and support to the district and upazila offices to ensure better implementation and coordination at all levels;
∎ Generate field report to the Project Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
∎ Minimum 12 year(s) experience in implementing Education program in rural and urban area;
∎ Experience in Formal or non formal Education sector is essential;
∎ Experience working with Government officials at district and Upazila level;
∎ Experience in training of teachers and workers will be given preference.
∎ SKILLS:
∎ Project planning and management
∎ Staff Management.
∎ Training and capacity building
∎ Report writing;
∎ Communication and presentation on computer.

RDRS employees approximate 3,000 staff and works with a further approximately 3,000 volunteers and daily paid workers. The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
