Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to manage multi customer accounts & multi product (Beauty/Cosmetic) categories independently
∎ Understand & implement customers’ requirements in term of products, quality, packaging, shipping, inspection with support of “support Functions”
∎ Lead direct communication with Clients after order confirmation
∎ Lead the price negotiation & communication with suppliers to achieve Clients’ KPI in terms of prices, Leadtime, margin
∎ Strong portfolio of competitive local suppliers’ which could support B2B business, including small & medium size orders
∎ Specialized in sourcing, managing, and curating a company's products and promotional materials
∎ Overseeing the buying process, forecasting, inventory demands and trends, and negotiating with Suppliers
∎ Actively visit suppliers on a regular basis to keep abreast of their competences and activities
∎ Experience in Beauty AR Live Streaming and the Rise of ‘SHOPPERTAINMENT”
∎ Local/ regional sourcing and market intelligence (look for and propose innovative products, facilities, etc.)
∎ Contribute and be actor in company projects to develop efficiency and support changes of the organization
∎ Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (including but not limited to: paid media like Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Flipboard, Quora etc.)
∎ Including but not limited to the previous responsibilities, the company can also require the Product Merchandiser (Beauty/Cosmetic – Manager) to carry out other duties (tasks, projects, temporary missions, etc.) that may be assigned by the Leadership on specific matters
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant experience of 6-7 years would be an advantage
∎ Must have experience in working with trading companies, handling multi customer accounts / Multi product categories of Beauty/Cosmetic Biz
∎ Should have aggressive sourcing ability
∎ Very good negotiation capabilities
∎ Sound technical knowledge for the position
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Ability to inspire confidence and influence working relationships, whilst displaying team player qualities
∎ Good command of written & spoken English and Soft Skills.
∎ Ability to work with multiple vendors /customers
