∎ We are currently looking for an experienced Branding and Communications expert who will effectively and efficiently formulate, implement and monitor appropriate branding and marketing strategies in line with the vision of the company, develop design concepts and increase the brand capabilities of the company in the international stages.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze brand positioning and customer insights and develop branding strategies accordingly.
∎ Develop creative design concepts in accordance with the mission and vision of the company for establishing strong branding assets.
∎ Establish branding performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates as well as measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess KPIs.
∎ Coordinated with Marketing team as well as different departments of the company to effectively lead branding initiatives.
∎ Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns and vision appropriate creative contents.
∎ Conduct Search Engine Optimization.
∎ Develop as well as execute specific communications guidelines and templates in accordance with the goals and visions of the company.
∎ Write and edit case studies, success stories, employee profiling, project showcase and prepare all relevant communication material to support external marketing as well as write blog articles, opinion pieces, newsletters, activity reports and project showcasing publications with the broader theme for print and online platforms.
∎ Design and evaluate communication guidelines and disseminate information with company employees.
∎ Develop and maintain company networking opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Openminded and critical thinker.
