Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Senior Officer (Sales Operation)”.
The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
- Preparing & maintaining monthly sales reports, point wise sales & order report.
- Preparing & Maintaining field force incentive and target submission in ERP software.
- Preparing & Maintaining field force grading report and monitor low performer.
- Maintaining monthly sales report and updating customer records.
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaision with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicating important feedback from customers internally.
- Ensuring sales targets are met and report any deviations.
- Staying up-to-date with new products and features.
