Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct pre-audit of payments to ensure policy compliance and management requirements
∎ Maintain integrity and confidentiality in investigations for fairness and transparency
∎ Perform regular inventory audits to guarantee stock accuracy
∎ Verify purchase prices and ensure correctness of comparative statements
∎ Assist in preparing monthly audits plans and review internal control systems
∎ Identify and address weakness in the auditing system promptly
∎ Monitor software data for procurement and stock management
∎ Utilize ERP/accounting software proficiently
∎ Investigate irregularities and errors in financial and non-financial transactions
∎ Conduct audits according to approved checklist and management guidance and prepare summaries of findings
