Job Responsibilities:
∎ Senior MEAL Officer is responsible for leading on the design and implementation of the MEAL system for the designated sector, in coordination with sector teams (especially sector Technical Advisors) and with support from the Senior MEAL Manager and Technical Advisor-MEAL.
∎ The role will evaluate prioritized aspect of our Response as per donor commitments and Save the Children's new humanitarian evaluation synthesis approach.
∎ Establish and maintain an accountability system in line with the Core Humanitarian Standards.
∎ Ensure that the organization documents and learns from its experiences during the response, in line with the Rohingya Response Learning Agenda.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 04 years' experience of working in MEAL;
∎ Sound knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data collection, processing and analysis, including database management;
∎ Ability to develop and implement MEAL plans and IPTTs;
∎ Ability to produce clear, high quality, analytical and action-oriented reports;
∎ Experience of facilitating learning processes (for example, lesson learning workshops);
∎ Experience of building capacity in MEAL, including delivering training;
∎ Excellent communication and facilitation skills;
∎ Good spoken, reading and writing skills in English & Bangla;
∎ Excellent computer skills, including experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher;
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a strong team player, with flexibility to shift priorities and take on additional tasks at short notice.
