Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s Degree, preferably in Statistics/Mathematics/Social Sciences or relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years experience in M&E/MEAL in any development organization of which 1 year (preferred) in a risk reduction/climate change adaptation/child protection project
∎ Excellent knowledge of and skills in data analyzing computer software, including proven experience with Excel, Access and SPSS;
∎ Strong motivational, facilitation and team building skills;
∎ Excellent skills on English language, both fluent in spoken and written
∎ Strong logical and analytical skills;
∎ Proven experience in report writing;
∎ Flexible in regard to tasks, working hours and team roles;
∎ Proven experience with community-based, participatory monitoring;
∎ Ability to travel to the field areas approximately for 40% of the working time;
∎ Candidates must be capable of displaying great learning ability, support and encouragement of knowledge sharing across the projects, to the ultimate benefit of all SCI’s mission wide initiatives.
