Job Purpose
We are looking for someone who can assess training needs, design tailored learning solutions, and implement effective training plans to strengthen staff capacity across BRAC programmes and enterprises. The role involves developing and delivering engaging modules, workshops, and digital content using innovative, learner-focused methods, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement. It also includes providing post-training support and feedback to enhance content quality and overall learning impact.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Training Needs Assessment (TNA) tools and Conduct TNA as per the schedule, prepare a report and share it with the programme for approval.
Design and implement the Training schedule/outline as per TNA and programme needs/requirements.
Design and development of training module/contents / and ensure effectiveness of training programme.
Conduction of TOT to the facilitators and continuous follow-up.
Responsible for continuous follow-up with the programme to understand further improvement in the training module and then to re-equip the facilitator with the changes/modifications.
Facilitate training courses and workshops for programmes.
Provide support to ensure the development and practice of BRAC values.
Provide support in preparation of the annual plan of the Module & Training budget.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
