Job Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Officer, Learning and Leadership Development professional who will be responsible for designing, producing, and delivering high-quality multimedia content to support organizational programs, projects, and communication initiatives. This includes developing e-learning courses, managing audiovisual production, creating visual effects and digital assets, and ensuring technical excellence in all outputs. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful visual and audio materials, while also maintaining and safeguarding production equipment to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop self-paced/e-learning courses tailored for relevant stakeholders and target participants.
Operate and manage camera, lighting, and sound systems to meet production requirements.
Create and integrate special effects, visual images, and digital graphics using film, video, and multimedia tools.
Collaborate with functional teams to identify and fulfill visual and multimedia requirements for productions.
Develop and produce briefings, brochures, multimedia presentations, web pages, promotional products, technical illustrations, and artwork for organizational use.
Edit and assemble audio-visual program materials, ensuring compliance, consistency, and desired quality outcomes. Familiarity of editing through AI is expected.
Test and ensure the technical quality of recording equipment, audio, and lighting prior to production.
Oversee and maintain the security, operation, and upkeep of all production and editing equipment.
Design and develop self-paced/e-learning courses tailored for relevant stakeholders and target participants.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
