∎ Masters' Degree, preferably in Social Science or Business Administration or related field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years experiences, preferably in ICT focused development project. Experience of working on Child Rights based approaches
∎ Rights based approach and partnership management and ICT for Development will be preferred.
∎ Sound understanding of business development, local government in Bangladesh; and the administration of the school system in Bangladesh
∎ Experience of working with young people and children through programmes focusing on child participation and empowerment of children.
∎ Experience of working with data information systems and programming involving ICT
∎ Knowledge of designing and implementing programmes that use social accountability tools
