  • Minimum of one year of demonstrated experience in MS SQL Server and the .NET framework

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and other analytical tools, paired with a variety of software applications.

  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities in both Bengali and English.

  • Demonstrated time management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Profound knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Management, and advanced SQL, along with the .NET framework.

  • Ability to extract data from various source systems and design database diagrams in MS SQL Server databases.

  • Solid knowledge of interpreting data trends and patterns

  • Aptitude for understanding complex business problems and translating process improvements into financial and operational impacts.

  • Proficiency in configuring and utilizing BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to connect data sources, create interactive dashboards, and facilitate data-driven insights

  • Great numerical and analytical skills

JOB PURPOSE

  • This position will develop and deliver a range of Management Information Systems (MIS) and analytical reports tailored to management`s requirements, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Additionally, this role will oversee the maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of existing software systems, ensuring their continued alignment with organizational needs and technological advancements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and generate a variety of MIS reports that provide actionable insights for management, ensuring these reports meet the organization’s strategic and operational needs.

  • Analyze data from multiple sources to create comprehensive and accurate reports that facilitate informed decision-making by management.

  • Produce ad hoc reports based on emerging business requirements or specific management requests, adapting to changing needs swiftly and effectively.

  • Use data visualization tools and techniques to present data in an accessible and meaningful way, helping stakeholders understand complex information easily.

  • Oversee the maintenance of existing software systems, ensuring their optimal performance, reliability, and functionality.

  • Take the initiative to ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular reviews, validation processes, and corrective actions.

  • Deliver comprehensive technical support and expertise to enhance the operations and efficiency of other departments within the organization.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
