Skills Required: Commercial, Export/Import through L/C
Proficiency in Microsoft Office must
Knowledge on writing professional emails.
Have sound knowledge about Commercial activities (Import, Bank, Customs & Trading)
Have knowledge regarding Import, HS Codes, Customs duty, Bill of Entry, SRO Rules etc. and ensure all internal compliance for Industrial (import)
Follow-up & checking of import documents (commercial invoice, packing list, BL, country of origin certificate etc.) in the context of LC terms
Tracking and following up goods shipment for ensuring on time delivery and need to act accordingly
Work with relevant departments to ensure the delivery is maintained
Ensuring proper maintenance of relevant necessary documents (soft and hard) as per prescribe format
Prepare & Issuing Purchase Order (PO)
Receive invoice from related stakeholders for detail cost analysis & GRN
Ensure all recorded in Excel & SAP for clear visibility of all activities
Prepare and compile all related documents for submission to accounts for bill payment
Preparing reports as per requirements of the management
Any other responsibility that may be assigned by the management time to time.
