Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com in Finance/Accounting, CACC will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of overall accounting operations of farm, hatchery and sales office
∎ Prepare and maintain records/documentation of accounting transactions, creditors & debtors control and other related accounting activities. Verify records in ERP system for all units of the organization
∎ Provide monthly reports through timely data collection, prepare income statement, statement of financial position, verification of monthly cash and inventory status, transaction verification and settlement, etc. efficiently
∎ Responsible for managing cash operation, such as expense payable, maintenance of maximum & minimum balance, cash verification & recording, etc.
∎ Analyse and prepare weekly & monthly operation budget and provide fund requisition
∎ Implement procedures for custody and control of fixed assets by maintaining records in register and verifying the physical stock
∎ Provide support to the audit team for completing the audit of financial statements and transactions if required
∎ Prepare all other accounting and financial summary reports as required by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-4 years of experience; experience may be relaxed for candidates who completed CACC from a reputed firm
∎ Strong Communication & Analytical skills
∎ Working experience of ERP software (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Navision)
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Ms Word, Excel)
∎ Ability to work under pressure
