Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute detailed sales strategies aimed at achieving the company’s sales targets for corporate clients.
∎ Implement best practices in tracking sales performance through established KPIs, ensuring consistent reporting, and monitoring progress to meet sales goals.
∎ Identify untapped market segments and develop strategies for customer acquisition.
∎ Actively engage in negotiations with potential clients, offering competitive pricing and premium services while maintaining the highest standards of product quality.
∎ Collect and analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and activities to gain insights into the competitive landscape.
∎ Report competitor movements and market trends to supervisors, assisting in the adjustment of sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Maintain consistent communication with corporate clients, keeping them updated on delivery schedules, expected delivery quantities, and any potential changes.
∎ Coordinate with logistics teams to provide accurate instructions to drivers regarding delivery destinations, ensuring timely and smooth deliveries.
∎ Perform balance reconciliation with clients to ensure all dues are cleared within the stipulated time.
∎ Regularly follow up with clients to ensure on-time payment collection and maintain positive business relationships.
