• Should have experience in the field of Import through L/C & T/T Freight Forwarding.

• Fair knowledge of sight, deferred and Back to Back L/C.

• Should have clear knowledge on HS Code & SRO.

Job Context:

Halima Group has pulled out all the steps to become a pioneer of Telecom & Electric Accessories, Mobile Phone & Home Appliance products in Bangladesh. We are looking for Senior Executive (Commercial-Import) who have strong analytical, managerial, research and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage all commercial activities like issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/ correction, shipment, payment realization, payment release etc.

• Follow up of Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance of consignments from customs and to save additional costs.

• Liaison with concerned agencies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs, Bond, VAT department etc.·

• Check, Process and submit the customs duty payments, shipping, and port charges.·

• Release the consignment from the port yard.·

• Report to the management on Purchase Orders, Material updates, Shipment status, and contingencies.
