3–5 years in sales of feed additives/micro ingredients; trading experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; good knowledge of feed ingredients and livestock nutrition.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel; fluent in English and regional languages.
Strong knowledge of feed additives and their applications in poultry, dairy, and aquaculture nutrition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis for sales tracking.
Ability to work independently and manage customer accounts across diverse regions.
Understanding of supply chain coordination, logistics, and documentation in trading.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of the trading or sales industry is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Drive bulk sales of feed micro-ingredients within the assigned region.
- Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with feed mills, integrators, and major accounts.
- Offer technical assistance and product advice using veterinary knowledge.
- Identify new growth opportunities in the animal feed industry.
- Promote product offerings and educate customers on their usage and benefits.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Manage timely payment collections and assist with credit monitoring.
- Keep detailed records of sales performance, client communications, and projections.
- Provide management with updates on market trends and competitor activities.
- Follow company policies, pricing structures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain high ethical standards in all client and supplier interactions.
