Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collate requisition of all microfinance loan products related and savings products related printing materials from the respective division and make all sorts of coordination before submitting to procurement department (head Office) for smooth microfinance operations in the field offices.
∎ Prepare and submit a yearly budget for the division.
∎ Manage all types of electronic device for the MF, F&A related materials covering laptop, tab, mobile and printers, desktop related equipment’s and maintain their warranty/guaranty dates, repairing and parts change even create divisional laptop pool for smooth operations.
∎ Maintain proper stock and inventory for all types of recurring assets, fix asset and other logistics and materials.
∎ Engage and monitor BRAC owned new building construction, renovation & with the necessary assistance of BRAC Construction and maintenance department. Manage and take approval of design and construction budget from concerned management. Follow-up the construction work progress and report to the respective authority until completion of the construction.
∎ Arrange weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting at divisional level and regional level and support necessary logistics, food and accommodation.
∎ Role plays as an audit focal in the division.
∎ Accountable for payment BRAC own land office yearly khazna , dakhila, Pourasova Tax, Municipality Tax, initiate for new branch agreement, update the rental office agreement/deed and submit it to head office.
∎ Manage corporate SIM, monthly allocation with data and voice packages for MF divisional staff members like CSA, PO, CO, BM ABM, AM, AAM, ARM, RM, DM and update the database.
∎ Prepare & submit monthly work and field visit plans and regular status reports.
∎ Provide necessary support while the opening of new branches covering new office rent-related agreements, and other related logistics services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 49 years
∎ Minimum 1–2-years relevant work experience is required
∎ Good communications skills (listening, verbal, written) and interpersonal abilities
∎ Excellent analytical and interpreting research skills
∎ Managing multiple priorities/multitasking
∎ Good planner, Creative & Self-Motivated
∎ Decision making & quick problem solving through experience,
∎ Good Knowledge and skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, Well Presenting any Reports and format.

Salary: Negotiable
