Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA major in Accounting.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular follow-up VAT & Tax related works of the Company.
∎ Manage all corporate VAT & Tax and filings in the right manner.
∎ Prepare & submit monthly VAT return & others related documents.
∎ Ensure submit of income Tax & VAT in due time.
∎ Maintaining & preparing all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts.
∎ Monitoring & checking Petty Cash Payment, Bank Payment, Journal Voucher, different bills, invoices & books of accounts & sales Statement.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
∎ Checking & Verification of bills, vouchers and others supporting documents;
∎ Manage Petty Cash funds for factory expenses;
∎ Prepare bank reconciliations for all accounts;
∎ Ensure proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules;
∎ Maintain VAT Challan (Mushak-6.3), VAT-6.5, Sales register (Mushak- 6.2) & other books /papers related to VAT;
∎ Prepare VAT Reconciliation Statement between VAT record and Accounting record;
∎ Make correspondence with VAT authority and deal with VAT audit-related activities;
∎ Maintain VAT books of records;
∎ Order receive from dealer;
∎ Maintain dealer ledger;
∎ Invoice & Memo posting from Sales software;
∎ Confirm Sales collection from dealer and deposit to Company's bank account;
∎ Daily report to Head Office about sales & collection;
∎ Maintain Bank related activities;
∎ Regular Communication with Accounts & VAT department of factory.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 4 year(s) experience in the relevant field in Food Industry is must;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and VAT, Accounting & VAT Software, Administrative, Book keeping.
∎ Knowledge in ERP software will be given preference.
∎ Hard working and eligible to work under pressure.
