Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and update daily financial records, including vouchers
∎ Prepare and enter all bank journals, export, and import journals into the accounting software
∎ Process invoices, payments, and bank transactions efficiently
∎ Review and verify supplier bills and invoices, ensuring compliance with tax and VAT regulations
∎ Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
∎ Verify monthly payroll statements for accuracy
∎ Assist with tax and VAT compliance documentation and reporting
∎ Prepare reconciliations for creditors, tax, and VAT
∎ Generate VDS and TDS challans and perform reconciliation
∎ Prepare and submit withholding tax reports and monthly VAT returns
∎ Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
