• Proven experience as an accounting specialist or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP) and MS Office Suite.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.

• Process invoices, orders, and expense reports accurately and promptly.

• Reconcile bank transactions, addressing discrepancies.

• Manage accounts payable, verify invoices, and process payments.

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.

• Assist in creating financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Support budgeting efforts and provide insights for financial planning.

• Assist in internal and external audits.

• Analyze financial data for trends and improvements.

• Collaborate with other departments for accurate reporting.
