• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Telecommunication

• CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA,MTCNA (Preferable).

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication,IT Enabled Service,ISP

• Age At least 26 years
• Only Male

• Ready to work under pressure and shifting duty.    

• Must be able to perform night shift duty and holiday duty.

• Operation and maintenance of SBC, Datacom equipment (Switch/router), Optical fiber link, Transmission network and Power System.   

• Understanding of SIP, SS7, TCP/ IP and Data Communication.

• Having practical knowledge to install and configure any network device like switch, router, server etc.

• Configure IP addressing, subnets, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing, VPN and switching.

• Monitoring and analyzing different types of alarm which are created from switch, media gateway, MUX and L3 switch.

• Produce and analyze different types of technical reports.

• Communicate technical issues clearly and professionally with internal teams, vendors, and clients via email.

• Analyzing data as per preset criteria and presenting analyzed data to top management as required.
