∎ Good product knowledge and sourcing process skill is a requisite.
∎ Must have a deep knowledge of all kinds of fabrics & accessories pricing and quality.
∎ Strong knowledge about yarn, fabric, Garment, washing, printing and embroidery.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Result oriented and self-driven with strong focus on deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Sound knowledge in the MS office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify new buyer opportunities and markets.
∎ Promote company capabilities and production strengths for potential clients.
∎ Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer standards.
∎ Work out detailed cost sheets for products.
∎ Negotiate pricing with buyers and vendors to ensure profitability.
∎ Manage the complete order confirmation process from sampling to order confirmation within the deadline.
∎ Keep an eye on fabric and accessory prices to offer competitive quotations.
∎ Coordinate new product development based on buyer designs or concepts.
∎ Develop tech packs, source trims/fabrics, and manage sample approvals.
∎ Ensure timely submission of proto, fit, size set, and pre-production samples.
∎ Maintain all records related to costing, orders, approvals, and shipments.
∎ Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management on buyer performance and order status.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
