∎ Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Manufacturing or Knitwear Manufacturing Technology from a reputed university.

∎ Experience: At least 5 experience in merchandising.
∎ Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Bangla.
∎ Competency Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and communicate with the Respondent Department for developing each product as per schedule and buyer timelines.
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies by analyzing sales data, managing inventory, and collaborating with suppliers and retailers to ensure optimal product placement and sales.
∎ Ensure that products meet customer quality standards and budget requirements during the product development process.
∎ Manage all communications via email for buyer queries, updates, and follow-ups. Oversee the product lifecycle from development through shipment.
∎ Prepare regular reports, documentation, conduct filing, and manage data entry tasks.
