Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Be able to cope with pressure, flexible, and adaptable.Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.Well conversant with IT equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop samples, prepare budget sheets for individual orders, and get approval.

• Prepare booking as per approved budget sheet and booking to relevant department.

• Responsible for In-housing all materials as per booking and goods’ inventory.

• Taking all approval from the buyer side for starting bulk production.

• Hand over the file to the production, planning, and quality department and follow up with TNA.

• Ensure test parameters before offering the final inspection.

• Follow up production and file inspection.

• Close the file after shipment and send it to the merchanting manager.

• Collect merchandising documents from the buying house/buyer (color card, Sample, Sales Contract, etc.).

• Send merchandising documents to the buying house/ buyer from the factory (color card, Sample, Sales Contract, etc.).

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
