• At least 1 to 3 years’ experience. Experience should have in relevant field are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in similar role will ensure competitive advantage.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external constituencies.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical thinking skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in planning and implementing management and sales strategies.

• Experienced in customer relationship management, project management, and network marketing.

Job Context

• We are searching for ‘Chief Executive officer’, ‘Senior Executive’, and ‘Executive’ for Ornate Interior Limited, a renowned Interior Consultancy and Construction Company, who will be responsible for growing our sales with the aim of developing business plans, meeting planned goals and coordinating on sales, marketing, and management.
• The person has to ensure business development activities, sales target achievement by increasing number of potential clint, converting leads to confirmation, and cover maximum focused market areas in order to attain positive return.
• The person has to have good communication and management skill to achieve maximum business growth.

Responsibilities

• Find and establish new business opportunities within the department.
• Capability of achieving sales target and seek ways to better promote the business, the product line and service.
• Monitor the activities of potential leads and formulate plans for lead conversion.
• Analyze and adapt with new management and marketing polices & procedure, cooperate with the corporate.
• Maintain a good relationship and network with clients, take feedback and ensure services.
• Organizing field visit, clint meeting, and other tasks given by the management.
• Ensure on time report submission as per the requirement of management.

Job Location: 5th Floor (Lift), House No. 34 (Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited Building), Sonargaon Janapath Road, Sector-12, Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
