Preference will be given to candidates who have established professional contacts and business relationships with:

• Garments factories and industrial establishments

• Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA).

• Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA)

• Engineering and construction consultancy firms

• Development organizations and project offices

• Clients and consultants involved in RCC & Steel Structure projects

• Corporate organizations, factories, and industrial project developers

• Government departments, and agencies

• Construction Materials Production & Supplier Company.

• Candidates with proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Project Sourcing, Tender Follow-up, and Client Relationship Management will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of the construction and steel structure industry

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Corporate Marketing, preferably in the Construction, Steel Structure Industry, Construction Materials Production & Supplier Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients for steel structure and industrial civil construction projects.

• Visit factories, industrial areas, construction sites, and corporate offices to generate new business opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.

• Prepare and follow up on tenders, proposals, and commercial offers.

• Convert client inquiries into confirmed projects and orders.

• Collect project information, drawings, measurements, and other necessary details from clients and project sites.

• Coordinate with factory, engineering, production, and project teams for smooth project execution.

• Promote the company’s steel structure products, services, projects, and brand.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new project opportunities.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Maintain proper records of clients, inquiries, tenders, sales activities, project status, and follow-up reports.
