∎ We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking, self -motivated, career-oriented Marketing professional with good command in English. The ideal candidate should have an ardent and spirited passion for the maximum output in sales and marketing of the company.
∎ Job Location: House # NE(K)-7A, Gulshan Avenue North, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
∎ Arranging Site Visits for the potential clients
∎ Report regular sales progress to management
∎ Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, Achieving monthly targets
∎ Identifies, qualifies, and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as a Senior marketing executive or similar role
∎ Proficient in MS Office and marketing-based software
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Extensive knowledge and experience on marketing

Salary: Negotiable
