Job Context:
∎ Bengal Digital Solution is looking for a " Senior Marketing Executive " with skills and two years of experience in marketing and sales platforms. The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized, and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company`s reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products. A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.
∎ Job Nature: Full Time
∎ Job Location: Panthapath Dhaka, Bangladesh
∎ Working Hour: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
∎ Working days: Saturday to Thursday (6 days a week)
∎ Salary: 15000/- to 30000 /- (depends on quality and experience)
∎ **Well reputed university students are encouraged to apply
∎ Deadline: 30 April 2022
∎ Joining Date: Within 1st week of May
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
∎ Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
∎ Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
∎ Sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
∎ Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
∎ Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
∎ Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
∎ Reviewing client's feedback and implementing necessary changes.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies.
∎ Well-organized, co-operative, and good team player with a pleasant personality.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and be constantly on the run, juggling multiple projects at once.
∎ Punctuality is an unquestionable requirement.
∎ Understanding of marketing concepts and best practices.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Bike owner candidates will be prioritized.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
