Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verification of Land related documents & consult with legal department promptly
∎ Liaison with all concerned government department
∎ Develop strategy for Post negotiation activity
∎ Analysis of proposal & effective coordination with all concerned proactively
∎ Forecast future business through analysis of relevant data and other land information
∎ Able to independently negotiate and procure land on behalf of company
∎ Identify potential land and extend personalized service to the land owners
∎ Able to conduct proper cost/benefit analysis to ensure company profitability
∎ Handling queries from clients, monitoring and communicating with the relevant personnel for professional feedback
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8-12 years' experience in land procurement department of any reputed real estate company
∎ Age 32 to 42 years preferred
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ In depth knowledge of land related documents
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
∎ Candidates with previous experience in Real Estate will be given preference
